This restorative smoothie tastes good and is swiftly helping renew my energy and vitality. It's loaded with kale, creamy banana, magnesium-rich pistachios, and immune-boosting turmeric. 

Ingredients (makes two servings)

2 ripe bananas

1 1/2 cups Tuscan kale

1 tbsp ground turmeric 

1/4 cup pistachios, shelled

4-6 pitted dates, depending on size

1 cup almond milk

2 tbsp rosewater

Ice to taste

Directions:

Put it in a blender. Whir. Sprinkle some more turmeric on top. Breathe a sigh of relief.
