We're always looking for the perfect bite to serve pre-dinner. These crunch, creamy, sweet and salty toasts are at the top of our list!

Ingredients:

1/2 baguette

Olive oil

1 cup, ricotta cheese

Leaves from 3 sprigs of fresh thyme

Sea salt to taste

Prosciutto

6-8 ripe figs, sliced into medallions 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice baguette into 3/4'' pieces and place on a sheet pan. Drizzle generously with olive oil, flip and drizzle the other side. Bake for 12 minutes, and flip bread over. Bake for another 6 minutes. Let cool. 

Mix together ricotta, thyme, and sea salt. Spread cheese mixture on each piece of bread. Pile on prosciutto and 2-3 slices of fig. Serve!
