Forget Mario Batali or Bobby Flay. Our chef crush is Yotam Ottolenghi, author of our three favorite cook books--Jerusalem, Plenty, and Ottolenghi. The Israeli-born foodie's recipes are full of vibrant middle eastern flavors, and his writing is personal and cheeky. Many of our favorite vegetarian recipes come from his book Plenty, a collection of herbivore-friendly fare. So when we discovered that Ottolenghi is releasing a part deux to our favorite anthology, we jumped for joy and reached for the cauliflower. It's not available until October 14, but we're all over the pre-order game. YAY for veggies!
